PANDAs Endorse Bruce Evans, Gary Krivo for Board of Directors
The PANDAs are excited and proud to unanimously endorse Gary Krivo for Director-at-Large on our Board of Directors.
We gave this endorsement considerable thought. Our decision follows extensive discussions among ourselves and with others in the community, individual and collective meetings with Gary, evaluation of his responses to Election Committee questions, and observation of his performance in public meetings. We each reached the same conclusion: Gary is the right person to help lead our community at this important time.
We have seen Gary demonstrate a rare combination of intellectual curiosity, analytical ability, and sound judgment. When he encounters an issue he does not yet fully understand, he does not pretend to have all the answers. He asks questions. He listens. He digs deeper. And he quickly develops a thoughtful understanding of the issue and the options available to address it.
This is precisely the kind of leadership our community needs.
Gary brings decades of executive leadership experience. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for understanding complex problems, weighing competing priorities, making difficult decisions, and solving challenges at the highest level of business.
And Gary is not simply relying upon past experience. He has already demonstrated his willingness to become involved and contribute. His service on the Financial Advisory Committee has given him valuable insight into the financial issues facing our community.
Our community faces significant challenges, particularly financial ones. The decisions made by our Board today will have consequences for years to come. We need directors willing to understand the facts, ask difficult questions, evaluate alternatives, and make decisions based on what is best for the community — not simply what is easiest or most familiar.
Like Bruce Evans, who we also endorse, we are convinced that Gary will bring experience without arrogance, curiosity without preconceived answers, and the ability to analyze complex issues and turn understanding into action.
We encourage each of you to reach out to and engage with Gary and Bruce. Take a close look at their experience, leadership capabilities, and commitment to understanding the issues facing our community.
We believe Gary and Bruce are prepared to make meaningful contributions to our Board — and that our community will be stronger with both serving on it.

The PANDAs are pleased and honored to endorse Bruce Evans as a candidate for Director-at-Large on our Board of Directors.
Bruce is a “members first” candidate who will not compromise his values and he will not favor the Declarant.
Bruce is a uniquely qualified candidate for the Board, for many reasons.
He brings something few candidates can offer—15 years of senior leadership experience within Fairfield Glade itself. As Director of Public Works, he worked closely with virtually every department, participated in Board workshops and meetings, managed significant budgets, and helped plan major infrastructure and capital projects. That experience gives him a practical understanding of how this community operates and how Board decisions affect our finances, infrastructure, employees, and members.
What stood out most is Bruce’s approach to governance. He believes Board members should make decisions based on facts, financial responsibility, and the long-term interests of Fairfield Glade—not on personalities or short-term pressures. He understands that the Board’s responsibility is to provide strategic direction, establish clear expectations, and hold management accountable, while respecting the expertise of the professional staff responsible for day-to-day operations.
We were encouraged by his emphasis on transparency and accountability. Those are principles that are essential to restoring and maintaining the trust of our membership. Bruce supports better communication with members, careful evaluation of major capital projects, disciplined budgeting, and measuring success through objective results rather than assumptions.
Fairfield Glade is facing significant financial and strategic decisions. We have major capital investments underway, substantial debt obligations, aging infrastructure, and the ongoing challenge of maintaining the amenities that make this such a desirable place to live. These issues require directors who understand both governance and the operational realities behind the numbers.
Bruce has lived those realities. He brings institutional knowledge, management experience, financial responsibility, and a thoughtful, balanced approach to decision-making. We believe he will ask the right questions, carefully evaluate the facts, and always keep the long-term interests of Fairfield Glade at the forefront.

Monday, June 22 at 6:30, at the Center, a candidate “Town Hall”
Thursday, July 30 at 6:30 to 8:30 at the Center, a candidate meeting in a “speed dating” format
