Robbyn Voyles
Lisa Shelton
Steve Lokker
Jessica has been a full-time resident of Fairfield Glade since 2022, though her family’s connection to the community goes back much farther. Her husband, Shane, has been a property owner here since 1998 and previously managed the Stonehenge Golf Course and restaurant for Links Corp before the Community Club acquired the property. Their family has long loved East Tennessee, and when given the opportunity to move anywhere in the State, Fairfield Glade was an easy choice.
In her professional role, Jessica spends her days helping boards and club leaders make informed decisions that improve member satisfaction, strengthen financial responsibility, and support long-term sustainability. She is a strong advocate for data-driven decision making and believes fiduciary responsibility should remain at the center of community leadership. She also believes in looking at both sides of the data, understanding that thoughtful decisions require transparency, context, and a willingness to evaluate multiple perspectives.
In addition to her professional work in the club industry, Jessica is actively involved in the community.
She serves on the Strategic Planning Committee, frequently assists FG Resident Services with social media engagement and communication efforts, and enjoys contributing wherever she can to help strengthen community connection and engagement. She is passionate about preserving and improving the qualities that make Fairfield Glade such a special place to live, while helping ensure the community continues to grow thoughtfully for future generations.
Robbyn and her husband, Patrick, moved to Fairfield Glade in 2023 and quickly came to appreciate the unique spirit of our community. Robbyn has practiced law for 36 years, focusing on advising privately-held businesses and non-profit organizations.
This spring, she became licensed to practice law in Tennessee, adding to her long-standing licenses in Texas and Massachusetts.
In the fall of 2025, she volunteered for the Policy Review Committee to help modernize the community’s outdated policies and make them easier for members to understand. She was elected chair of the PRC and excited to use her experience to benefit the community. In March, 2026, however, she resigned after the Board insisted that she sign a broad NDA, and would not respond to Robbyn’s proposed edits, which would have allowed her to communicate with the community about the committee’s work.
Now recently retired from active legal practice, Robbyn is eager to use her experience and problem-solving skills to help strengthen and support this remarkable community. She and Patrick are proud parents of three grown children and grandparents to four wonderful grandchildren.
Lisa and her husband, Rick, have been residents of Fairfield Glade since August, 2024. They moved here from a cabin in the Cohutta Wilderness in north Georgia. Between them, they have three grown children and five grandchildren.
Lisa has worked in the steel industry for over 32 years and is employed full-time as a Director of Sales.
Lisa volunteered for the Policy Review Committee to help write policies that were easy to read and understand and hoped to improve communication between the Board and membership. She participated in the focus groups after the 2025 Member Survey and is passionate about making sure the Board addresses the issues that members raised. She views the relationship between the Board and members as a conversation that includes listening and responding with openness and truthfulness. Lisa was instrumental in getting the Board to better arrange the seating during Board meetings so that the Board and members face each other while communicating with one another.
Steve moved to Fairfield Glade from Madison, Wisconsin in June, 2017. However, he considers Michigan to be his home state. Steve chose Fairfield Glade and eastern Tennessee for their natural beauty, slow pace of life, affordability, and balanced weather. He shares his Fairfield Glade home with his oldest son, Chris, and their black lab, Toby.
Professionally, Steve has had a varied career: as the sports editor for a daily newspaper, business communicator, consultant on business and human resources strategies, co-director of a large animal welfare organization, and a leader for an organization that ministers to students and faculty on college campuses.
His involvement in the Fairfield Glade began with serving as a Dartmoor Marina attendant for four years. He also covered the Board and community governance issues for one of the Glade’s weekly newspapers. In January, 2026 Steve was selected as a charter member of the Policy Review Committee. That decision was driven by a passion to revise, update, and draft policies that were intentionally member-centric. He joined Robbyn and Lisa in publicly resigning from the Committee after being given a mandate to sign a non-disclosure agreement.
